Great material
March 13, 2022More comfortable with the material this sweater blazer is composed of than the others except for the poly. Wishing the cocoon blazer was made with these materials, cause I prefer that silhouette. Please J.crew make the cocoon blazer with cotton/merino wool.

Comfortable but polished
January 8, 2022I took a chance and bought this in on final sale in black XS, since my usual S was sold out. I'm glad I did. It elevates jeans and a nice tee, but is also comfortable. The arms are just right for me if worn with a sleeveless/short sleeve shirt, and the moderately relaxed body fits well (it's more fitted than the Juliette, but not very fitted). That said, I have slightly narrow shoulders and thinner arms for my usual size, so your results may vary.

Pink sweater blazer
January 2, 2022This is a pale pink… more pink than peach. I sized down. I do love the weight and quality of the fabric. I liked it so much I ordered another one in black.

Comfortable fit
November 2, 2021I’m glad I didn’t size down based on other reviews. I found this blazer to be comfortably roomy, rather than ‘fitted’ as stated in the description. Like an 80s/90s nod but not as exaggerated. Anyhow, I’m usually an XS or S at jcrew and went with the small. I’m happy with the fit. That said, JCREW, can you please start including full measurements in your descriptions? I’m sure you’d save a lot of money on returns by including simple information for things you sell thousands of. As an international buyer who has to wait a long time for delivery and pay for return shipping if something doesn’t work out — I definitely don’t purchase as much as I did when you had stores in Canada.

Nice dressy jacket for So Cal Fall.
October 30, 2021Beautiful quality. Runs slightly large. Contains wool, but is not scratchy at all! Good value. I am usually an XXL, but this size fits more like a jacket than a blazer or sweater.

Runs wide with skinny arms
October 11, 2021It runs wide. I bought a small, which is my typical size in J Crew (for reference, I'm 5'8", about 130-135 pounds). The breast pocket ended up folded up in my armpit. I'd size down, but then I think the arms would be too tight. It could just be my monitor, but the picture looked like a very subtle blushy peach-pink. In person, it's still a fairly light color but is obviously PINK. It's well-sewn and has a good weight to it.
