V-neck one-piece in gingham

The fabric is perfect - not too thin so it does not show every wrinkle on my tummy. The bust does not come with pads which is not an issue because the fabric and pattern hide any nipple shadows.

I think this suit is getting a bad rep. It is absolutely perfect. I am usually a size 0 in JCrew, ordered a size 2 because I am a little long waisted. The body fits perfect. Great quality fabric, good coverage and no ride up. The top is just a touch big, but I am very small chested- 34aa. It would fit someone with a figure beautifully. It is very flattering. The gathered style gives a small girl a little shape ;) Honestly my favorite suit that I’ve bought this season.

Despite reading many negative reviews, I gave this suit a try, and I’m so glad I did! I prefer to not show too much skin on top, and the V neckline provides enough coverage. The seersucker fabric is not see-thru or itchy. There is no padding in the cups, but I am personally OK with that. I am 5’2”, 120 lbs, D cup and have a short torso.

Fabric is a winner, style is a winner. Overall suit is a loser. There is a design flaw on this one. Ordered my usual size and bottom half fit perfectly. Top half was huge. Straps are a good 2.5 inches too long so they fall down your arms and coverage on the side of your chest is already minimal. There is no way to adjust straps without alterations. So sad as this suit in concept is adorable.
