1 week agoTo start with, this US Ski Team (2026 Winter Olympics Team) official wear is made in China. What’s more, the dark color is black, NOT blue. Red, white, and….black. To me, both of these points are huge missteps. Sure, it’s cute, but it’s not heirloom as one would expect to commemorate the US National Team.

2 weeks agoThick, soft wool. A bit of a surprise considering another item in the US Ski collection that I tried on in store (graphic rollneck sweater in vintage wool) was very thin so I was very happy to see that the beanie was much thicker. The patch was a bit bigger than I expected and could be removed without any damage to the beanie (stick on patch with a bit of stitching on the sides). Cute for the winter
