15 hours agoWhere did all the stock go? I placed my order hours before they formally announced the drop on socials and still got a cancellation. You would think orders would be fulfilled in the order they are placed. Fix your system.

20 hours agoAlso cancelled: order was placed immediately after notification, with apparent availability, later cancelled with no notice explanation or apology. It’s one thing if I miss being able to place an order, but to be able to place and then have mysteriously cancelled? No more J. Crew.

21 hours agoI ordered this the day it came out also- as reported by another reviewer; the next morning I got a "sorry it was cancelled email." I checked my order history and it said the sweater was "in Progress"- in fact it still says that. I thought for a few days I might still be getting it- but now I've figured out I'm not. Very poor customer service, and I disagree with the reviewer who chastised the person who commented on this discouraging situation by saying if she wasn't reviewing the article of clothing she shouldn't say anything. I appreciated finding out that my sweater was really cancelled.

Another cancellation
1 day agoOrdered the morning of release. Then it was cancelled despite saying ‘in progress’ the day after I purchased it. Didn’t even say cancelled in my account when the email was sent. Sure was when I responded saying that it was unacceptable. “Sorry for the inconvenience but pre-orders are happening for it and expected to ship at the end of July!” No. Bye, J.Crew.
