Rated 1 out of 5 by Miss the old Jackie The colors are indeed beautiful. But sadly this is not the Jackie I have owned and loved for so many years. In fact if you hadn't called it the Jackie, I would have had no idea that it was a Jackie. You have changed it so much and not for the better. The material feels cheap and thin. And gone are the cute buttons that the sweater was known for. Although in the recent past, these buttons seem to have cracked and been of inferior quality. Miss the 3/4 length sleeves and more attractive fit. Too long now. And to top it off, one of the shells I received had a big hole in the front. Never buying again. Jcrew. When will you fix your quality problem. It's hurting your brand. I have been a loyal customer since 2000. Now I struggle to find anything I love that you offer. March 5, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by This is not the Jackie I've known for years! I loved the Jackie back in 2006-2010. I still have those and they still look great, especially the black. All the others I have bought since have faded and look terrible after the first wash. I have close to 30 Jackies. I will be trying to use my old ones carefully. The quality keeps getting worse overall and now the style of a classic has completely changed. Atleast call it another name while you test the new style. This is not the Jackie I know! March 5, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bring back the Jackie you just had recently!!! J. Crew, WHAT have you done with the Jackie sweater???!!! You took away the 3/4 sleeves and made the sweater longer. It is completely frumpy now. I own 6 Jackie twinsets and 3 Jackie sweaters and planned on buying the twinsets for years to come. My Jackie sweaters are classy and chic, great for all year. But you have ruined the chic styling with this new design. PLEASE bring back the Jackie sweater that you had recently, and get rid of this frumpy style. February 27, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by It was perfect. Why change? I have always loved the Jackie cardigan for its elegant casualness and versatility. 3/4 sleeves, the slightly short length and well-fittedness were essential characteristics. But not this season's Jackie. It is now larger and longer with full sleeves. When it is this long and full sleeved, it does not look well balanced over a dress, which makes it much less versatile. Also, I find the new buttons cheap. All in all it is extremely disappointing. Please bring back the old Jackie. March 13, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not the same Jackie I have many Jackie sweaters and I love them. This one is different: sleeves are full length; the button configuration is changed (used to have two button at top spaced closer together); and the buttons are different (larger and 4 holes rather than smooth with a shank). I don't like the changes. Love the smaller buttons on the old Jackie. I don't mind that the sleeves are full length, rather than 3/4, but like the old 3/4 length better. I'm disappointed. I bought 2 in the periwinkle color because I like the color so much. I will probably return. Really don't like the buttons. Looks like every other cotton cardigan out there. BTW, the old Jackie was made in Hong Kong and this one in China. Disappointed. March 3, 2016
