Petite matchstick cord

Rated 4 out of 5 by Matchstick cords Love the fit and the fabric. I wish there were full pockets in front. They are only 2 inches deep which is not useful for any purpose except appearance. October 30, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Petite Matchstick Cords Great pants, but front pockets need to be deeper. Fit is excellent especially if you don't like wearing pants that look and feel painted on. I am 5'3" / 108 lbs and wear 25P in all J. Crew pants. October 31, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not the old Matchstick fit Wishing J Crew would go back to the old fit of the Matchstick pants and jeans! This new fit is higher waisted and not as slim - kind of feeling like "Mom jeans" and not flattering. Fabric is great and I wish I could love them like my old ones. May look good on a super model figure, but not on my 5'3" 115lb somewhat athletic one. November 4, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Black is a washed black, not a true black I'm 5'2", 105 lbs. and usually wear a petite 2 in J.Crew pants. I ordered the 26 petite and they fit me in the waist/butt perfectly. The length is odd on me--not full length, not ankle length, but falling into an awkward in-between length. I'm on the fence about keeping them. Another note: These are not a true, inky black. They are a washed black--darker than charcoal gray but lighter than black. You would think, with J.Crew's billion color names, they could make that obvious, but alas. Quality is OK--the weight of the fabric is nice, but it doesn't have a nice drape. My pair had random threads poking at along the seam, a sign of shoddy craftsmanship. I would pay more for better quality, J.Crew! September 22, 2016
