Rated 1 out of 5 by Sophie Loved the material; but the jacket did not fit
Wanted to love this suit. The material and the styling were "perfect." Unfortunately the cut was terrible. I am 5' 1'' and weigh between 98 and 100 pounds. Bought the 0P jacket and the 00P pants. The pants fit well. But the jacket was cut very strangely. The shoulders fit but the arms were too tight. The sleeves "fold" at the deltoid. I am writing this with the hopes that J Crew will fix this problem.

I'm so pleased that J Crew still has one jacket that fits us really petite folks. I was disappointed to discover that the Super 120s jackets are both longer and fuller through the body than they used to be. This jacket fits me perfectly with no need for tailoring.

This jacket made me feel fat. I ordered my normal size, to go along with the Bristol trousers, in p8. I am 5'4", 135 lbs, and while the Bristol trousers fit fine, this "shrunken" jacket did not. I am all for shrunken fits that actually work on a petite frame, but as the other reviewer noted, both arms were cut tight and funny, in a way that creased, even over a sleeveless shirt.
I really like the concept of the jacket and I'm a huge fan of stretch wool, but I will either need to size up or go back to the original 2-button 1035 jacket, which fits fine but is not terribly special.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kmd7 Tight in the arms, but sharp-looking
The color is darker in person than what appears on my screen. It looks like the color "Charcoal" seen for this product: Petite 1035 Single-Button Jacket in Pinstripe Super 120s Wool. I was actually very pleased with this, since I didn't want it looking light gray.
The other reviewers who complained about tightness in the arms were correct. I normally am a Petite 8 at J. Crew, but I'm glad I heeded their warning and ordered a Petite 10. The arms fit perfectly in the P10, but I will need to get it taken in at the waist by a couple of inches (and so goes that fifth star). The sleeve length was perfect. (For reference, my bust is 35" with a non-padded bra on, and my waist is 28".)
I love how it lays, the single button and the hip pockets. (Pockets at the hip with flaps are unflattering on us curvy petites, so I was glad to have finally found a jacket that had flat pockets instead.) It's lined and feels/looks like quality work, but it is still lightweight enough to be worn in the South.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DCYF Runs very small, otherwise LOVELY
This is a wonderful, stylish, modern suit jacket. The quality is just as good as Theory or DVF, but less expensive. Serves me extremely well and I always feel confident when I put it on.
Size-wise, note that the sizing here is really different from most JCrew tops. I usually wear an XS/S or 0/2 for shirts, and a 2/4 for jackets. In this blazer I'm a size 6. Order up!
