Rated 2 out of 5 by Creases and folds Very cute skinny style that I love but hate that there are all these horizontal creases and folds everywhere! I did read reviews and thought maybe the person just didn't get a good fit hence the creasing but no, I got a perfect fit and it happens and is pretty unattractive. I have a closet full of skinny pants/jeans and none do this so I can only guess it is the fabric and or the direction of the stretch. Too bad though as they would be really cute without creases all over. The first thing I did was look at the picture of them modeled and not one crease. This obviously has to be a touched up photo because there is no way they look this way. Back to the drawing board on this one JC! March 6, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hairy elastic crotch I wish I could give these pants 0 stars. They were totally perfect… for about 3 wears. Now, they have little broken elastic hairs sticking out from the inner thigh and crotch area. I am wearing my normal size 2, and they are not too small for me. Both of my two pairs have this elastic hairy problem and are now unwearable. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. This is a terrible quality problem that should be addressed. September 2, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Fabric is super stretchy only horizontally The Ryder doesn't stretch up and down, just side to side. Although it fit well and true-to-size, the thick fabric stretchiness resulted in horizontal folds when I moved, like at the knees, ankles, and crotch area. It's as though the fabric stretched with me but didn't have enough body to return to it's shape. Great style, though, but I had to return. I got the navy, which was a very dark inky blue, nearly black. February 19, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Comfortable but creased I tried on these pants after admiring them in the catalogue. The overall fit was fine and they were comfortable. But, as another reviewer said, they creased very awkwardly, around the ankles, knees and waist. They reminded me more of pants made by a less-expensive and less stylish brand in that sense; not something I'd expect from higher-end clothes. So, until they fix the crease issue, I won't be getting these, even though I was excited to try them out. February 23, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Longer alternative to the Minnie For the sizing record, I am 5'5", 120lbs and ordered a size 0. I have two pairs of Minnies but my black pair is pretty worn out so I was looking for a pant that had a bit more length to replace them. I was especially drawn to the Ryders because of the front zip and trouser pockets, which makes them even more work appropriate. The length and fit through the leg are both absolutely perfect and exactly as I'd hoped. The Ryder hits about 2" lower than the Minnie, just skimming the top of my ankle as in the model photo. The waistband though feels tight, and I may size up to a 2 for comparison. It's always a hard call on how to estimate the stretch factor; I sized down to 00 for my Minnies and they held up well, so I am curious to see whether the waistband of the Ryders may stretch, or perhaps are made a bit snug to compensate for not having beltloops as the Minnies do. In short, these are def worth a try! Maybe wait til they're in store though to find the best fit. February 10, 2015
