Requires careful undergarment consideration. The yellow color is see through in bright light from waist down without an additional slip. It's beautiful on, but doesn't feel like the most quality piece because of the cheap thin lining.
A well fitting garment that also requires a strapless bra. A bit high maintenance, but the neon color is striking. 00 is just above my knees and I'm 5'0. Fits petites.

Wearing to my son's graduation! I've tried on so many dresses and this one just said "awesome." I purchased the poppy color (wish the stores carried more colors like the blue) but the orange/red is really pretty and flattering on. I'm athletic build (5feet 7, 145lbs, size 8 in dresses). It's not too tight and the fabric is very vintage. My son is valedictorian so I splurged on this pretty dress - I hope I don't cry all over it!!! You'll love this dress.

I purchased this dress to wear to a wedding in the poppy color. It's beautifully made, like most of JCrew clothing, and has a traditional sillouette. I'm 52 and appreciate the neck coverage and length. I'm 5'5" and 133 lbs; the 6 was perfect.
I also purchase the Venus Flytrap crystal necklace and earrings to wear with it which added a great sparkle! This dress will be perfect for work too. Also, while you do have to be careful with lace, this dress doesn't appear to snag easily.

This dress is absolutely georgeous on! I purchased the poppy color, although I did try on the neon yellow but figured I could wear the poppy more into the fall and get more use out of it. I am 5'6" with a slender build and typically a size 0 in Jcrew dresses. I had to go up a size to a 2 in this dress because the armpits were too tight for me in the size 0. I cannot wait to wear this dress. I used to have a lace dress from Jcrew years ago and remember paying like $198 so I'm happy to see this price point is more reasonable.
