Was so excited to get this item. I watched the CFDA competition and loved Public School! Was so pleased that they won. This is a flawless combination of casual & stylish. The old school muscle tank is everywhere this season & is great alternative. The cut and material are fantastic. Does run big, but the style lends for the oversize feel of the shirt. Felt like the coolest mom at the playground! We do exist! Hope JCrew makes more of the Public School line available! Love it!

I loved this muscle tank. I ordered my normal J.Crew size and one size down. Both sizes worked, depends if you want a more casual or tailored fit, but I would assume most people could go between sizes, its just a matter of preference. My major disappointment was the quality. The armholes are unfinished and it is super sheer. I understand it is a 'special' piece but I was actually worried that the top would unravel. Sadly this one had to go back.

My usual size is S, but I ordered XS since it was described as loose fitting. It's still quite big on me. The tank is quite sheer and another reviewer noted that the armholes are unfinished. I kept it because it's a unique piece, but am not 100% satisfied.

I love the idea of this shirt. I bought my usual size, but the arm holes are huge and the the cut is a little awkward.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by MarinaS Ideal foundation for layering
I was excited to see the J.Crew X Public School boys collaboration so this tank was a must have. It fits true to size for me, however I do generally prefer a more relaxed fit in t's/tanks. It has been quite hot in Toronto so the light weight fabric and over sized armholes are refreshing! I've layered with a variety of outfits included Collection Painted Jean Short and pencil skirts. Unique, fun, retro, love!
