I have this shirt in so many colors...even in colors I don't necessarily wear very often, because it's nice to be able to layer without having to think too much about it. The straps on this shirt are thin enough to not get in the way, but thick enough to hide the bra straps as well. I don't wear this as a top on its own, since I noticed that it does stretch throughout the day and because it is long, I worry it looks sloppy on my short frame without additional layers. I am 5'3", 125 lbs, and I wear an XS. Never tried the XXS, but curious if it will also fit me, considering the stretch factor.

I usually wear a small in t-shirts, but I bought this tank in size medium because it's 100% cotton, and I thought it would shrink. Not the case! I ended up buying it again in size XS. It's soft and comfortable, but I would recommend ordering it in one size smaller than you typically wear. Now, I just need to figure out what to do with the 2 tanks I ordered in size medium???

This is my second perfect fit tank. I love them. They are true to size, longer in length to really cover, and made from a nice sturdy knit. The straps are the perfect length so the tank keeps you covered. I have had no problem with them stretching out throughout the day or in the wash. a great basic tank.

I wear these almost every day, under sweaters and sheerer tees, and have for years. I would freak out if they ever stopped making them. I am 5'9" and often have trouble with tops being too short; this tank solves that problem! Goes to about the top of my hip. Helps tees and sweaters stay in place and not ride up. Flat fit smooths any bumps and also protects my skin against itchier wools.
A bonus of these particular tanks compared to other brands I have tried is that the elastic around the armpits isn't too tight/stretchy--I hate that! Again, smooth fit. I usually wear an XS in JCrew, sometimes a S if I want a looser fit. Since I wear these as under-tanks, the XS has always been perfect. I am 135 lbs, 34B, more hippy so thinner torso. Washes well--color fades over time (specifically navy and black) but whatever, still worth it. That they maintain their shape is more important to me. I wash on delicate cycle, btw, and dry on low (as I do pretty much all my clothes).

I love these tanks, and have about a million of them. Well-constructed, and hold up thru frequent washing. Slightly overpriced in my opinion, but a good value whenever they go on sale. Perfect for layering. Also cute to wear on their own (the spaghetti straps aren't bra-friendly tho). These tanks are cut longer than most, which is good because I have a long torso. The length makes them useful for layering under other J Crew T's, which tend to run short in the torso for me. I wish they were a little bit longer -- might try going up a size next time. For reference, I'm just under 5'4" and 112 pounds, and wear size S in this item.
