Rated 5 out of 5 by from please bring this one back! since i do not wear blazers a lot - and albeit i am late to the game; i finally was able to try on and buy the schoolboy blazer. jcrew, the legend is true. this jacket is the "one". the style runs a tad small, so i sized up and it is perfection. no need for any alterations, not even on the sleeves - this jacket is completely on point. quality buttons, styling and fit - along with the great fabric with the tiny bit of stretch just makes this even more of a winner. the other amazing thing about this jacket, is that you can wear it with jeans, skirts, leather pants, dress pants -- to work or to play - this is the ultimate utility piece. please, please, please - jcrew go back to this cut in all of the amazing patterns, fabrics and textures that you have in the other blazers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! THIS IS THE MUST HAVE! This J.Crew blazer is a year round piece that is a staple for any class wardrobe. I bought the black and the navy and could not be happier except that I managed to get them both of sale and even a promo code discount too! Thanks J.Crew!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super classy & versatile! I adore the style and look of this blazer. You can dress it up or down, with jeans, khakis, slacks or even an a-line dress. I would say it runs true to size. I bought it in a 4 Petite because I though it would be fitted (I fall into the size 0/2P/2 and sometimes 4P range, depending on clothes' styles). However, a 0 was the perfect fit due to the loose suit style that it is. This blazer is definitely a fall/winter apparel piece due to it being wool. The gold buttons are the cherries on top, especially with the vintage design on them. I plan on getting this in gray eventually because I like it that much!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Collar I wish the underside of the collar was finished in either the same fabric or a coordinating fabric, rather than white interfacing. It looks unfinished and makes it impossible to "pop" the collar, which is a great style statement. Otherwise, the jacket is super cute!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wardrobe staple I love my blazer but let me start by saying that it definitely runs large. I wear a size 6 in the pixie pants and no. 2 pencil skirt and I was swimming in a size 6 in this blazer. I tried on a size 4 but it still looked quite boxy. The sales associate recommended that I try on a size 2 and I was very surprised when it fit perfectly. For reference I am 34A-27-39 so yes I am pear-shaped but I never would have thought that I would need to go down two sizes to get a good fit. This blazer is light weight yet seems very well made. It has functional buttons on the cuffs - a good indicator of quality. I am really looking forward to wearing this in the fall.
