Rated 1 out of 5 by Awesome fit in the morning... These fit amazing when I tried them on, but by lunch they were stretched out and baggy. I was so excited when I tried them on I went and order three more colors--I will be returning as soon as they arrive. Very disappointed. May 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for hourglass shaped women I am so glad J.Crew has come out with these pants. I have an hourglass figure and the minnie pants are not flattering on me - too clingly and accentuate my hips. The "kick" at the bottom of these pants balances out my shape. I bought these in 3 colors - the black, navy and blue - and intend to grab one of the greens, probably mint. I do have to concur with others who've commented on how stretchy these pants are. The knees get pretty stretched out. J.Crew: PLEASE keep this cut of pants, even as you work out the fabric issues. And, in fall & winter, please make these pants in other materials, too. I would buy these over and over. Please make more clothes for shaplier women - thank you! May 17, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great design, poor execution I was very excited to try these pants as I was looking for a replacement pair of navy capris. I ordered one pair to try in my usual size 4, and these capris fit perfectly everywhere but the waist, which I thought ran large. I had to have the waist taken in by a tailor a few inches since there are no belt loops. Wore them to work, and halfway through the day they had stretched out a lot in the rear and looked saggy. I would have bought several more pairs if not for this issue, and I shouldn't have to size down to account for the fabric stretching out so badly. I much prefer the fabric on the printed Campbell capris, as there is no viscose in that blend, only cotton/lycra. If the fabric quality were improved on the solid Campbell capris, I'd buy a number of them since I liked this style on me better than the Cafe capri. May 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Great pants - poorly made I bought two pairs of these pants - in red and black - and the stitching ripped in both pairs. I took them back to the store, was assured it was a fluke, and was given new pairs. Both of which ripped in the same place. The stitching just wasn't very strong. I took them to a tailor, and they fixed them and they have been great ever since. April 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wearing my Campbell Capris all summer long! I purchased several pairs of these pants to wear for work and casual events this summer, and so far have been pleased. I am 5'7", and the pant falls right at or above my ankle. The slight kick at the bottom ensures the pants don't cling to my calves when I sit (making me have to pull them down once I stand up). I've paired the neutral colors like Black, Dusty Dune, and Vanilla White with the Thompson Blazer which is made in the same stretch cotton for a climate-appropriate summer "suit", but look forward to wearing these pants with more casual tops too. I think they look great with sandals and flats. I am slightly concerned about fit. I am a Size 6, which fits fine in the morning, but seems to stretch out over the course of the day. I haven't gone to a 4 since I prefer some breathing room. My one recommendation is that J.Crew consider belt loops to accommodate the stretch and the small weight fluctuations most women experience on a regular basis. May 14, 2014
