Rated 4 out of 5 by k2014 flirty, but too fussy
This runs smaller (better fit) than the cove floral version. It fit me well (5'0 p00 is my ideal Jcrew size), above the knees, fitted throughout, until the flare. Note that this fits like a pencil skirt until the hem. So shirts tucked in kind of bulge the fabric very slightly, if that matters to you. It looks best proportionally in a high waisted position for petites.
I just found the hem too fussy. It's sewn so the hem is stiff and the ruffle can take on some awkward shapes that you kind of have to pat down in order to not look silly. Too fussy for me, although I did love the shape I sculpted it in while standing, just afraid that walking and sitting would cause the weird hem pop-outs.
Maybe it's less fussy looking if you're taller?

Rated 5 out of 5 by PreppyTexas The Perfect Everything Skirt
The neoprene material sold me because I knew it would be flattering and I was right! I'm 5'10" 135 lbs. and the medium navy fit like a glove showing off my curves with the fit, but conservative with the flare. Perfect with a white tank top and booty heels or more outdoor casual with cowgirl boots. Thanks for getting interesting with this one J.Crew.

This skirt is cute and flattering but the bottom flare is exaggerated. I was wondering if it'd relax after a washing but the faux-neoprene seemed very stiff. I think it would be more flattering in a softer fabric that was more relaxed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by kiwi Too Flared for petite sized people
I am normally a petite 0 (5 ft. tall) but bought a size xx-small. I found this skirt too fussy because of the flare at the bottom of the skirt. I would recommend this skirt for a tall person. Other than that, the skirt is well-made.

But hated it. The material stretches in weird places, none of which are flattering. It's just a little odd. If the material were a little more flexible or even less flexible...it would work. However it doesn't.
