This is probably one of the cutest JCrew tops I've seen in awhile. It's like vintage JCrew that I loved from years back. The fabric is very durable- it's a thick cotton fabric- very high quality. I would say it runs a little on the large side. I usually buy a large but the medium fit very well. I love the style - It's cropped and boxy and it's very cute. When I saw it on the store I knew I had to have it. Excellent job JCrew. I hope to see more "vintage" JCrew styles in the future.

I was immediately drawn to this look. I tried small first, but ultimately went home with th x-small. The shirt does fit large in my opinion. I normally wear a small or size 6 in tops. The x-small still has enough room for me to layer it over the endless buttondown shirt. Love the color, fun alternative to the standard sweatshirt.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AnArchitect4u Had to return this
I truly wanted to love this sweater- especially the cropped style and striping as a layering piece over blouses. Unfortunately, even the XXS I ordered was way too bulky on me. I know many of the J.Crew styles are meant to be a little oversized/ drapery, and while the majority of those items do work out on my petite frame (I am 5'-2"), the circumference of both the sleeves and torso were much too wide to be flattering. Needless to say, it was returned today.

The sleeves on this sweatshirt run really, really long. Quality is nice and not too cropped but it looked funny around sleeves and shoulders, Returning it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Minima Perfect, except for the sleeves
I wanted to love this piece—the faded black cotton, the stripes, the cropped style. I'm 5'3" with proportional (maybe even slightly long) arms, but the sleeves on the XXS were so long that they went past the tips of my fingers unless I rolled them up, which didn't look good. Bummer.
