Rated 5 out of 5 by Christine Great boyfriend jacket for smaller ladies!
I'm 5"4", 90 pounds, and I bought an XXS. I think it's cut well so that it's "baggy" enough to look boyfriend, but not so baggy on my tiny frame that I'm swimming it it. Length on me goes down to my first knuckle. Sleeve length is just a tad big longer than the "bracelet length" of their other blazers, but still not as long as other brand's sleeves. It's a pretty good weight cotton (sorta like the weight of mens heavy khaki pants) so it will keep you warm on a slightly chilly spring day. Of note, then ends of the hood can be buttoned to the collar in a way that it looks integrated into the jacket and no ends are flapping around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marie My Favorite Jacket!!!
This is the best all around Spring, Summer, and Fall jacket. It truly is the perfect lightweight jacket. I went down a size from my normal XS to an XXS because of the oversize fit of the jacket. It is a little snug in the hip area when zipped all the way, but since there is a two-way zipper you can make it looser or just use the buttons. I am 5'2" 120lbs, and overall the XXS is the best fit. The broken-in feel also makes it super comfortable. Overall, I'm in LOVE with this jacket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by karli the perfect spring jacket
i normally stick to patagonia technical outerwear but i could not be more thrilled with the look and feel of this jacket. it's perfect for spring, windy weather. it looks good with jeans and shorts. i feel pretty special when i wear it. can you tell i love it? did i mention the quality is excellent? i'm 5'5", 130, large bust and the xs fits very well. not too small, definitely not too big. if i wanted a slightly roomy fit i would have had to go up to a small. get this coat if you're looking for something for everyday use!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Clare Perfect fatigue jacket
I've been looking for ages for a nice fatigue jacket on a limited budget. I loved this J.Crew style—and it fit beautifully—but at the full price of $168 it was too dear. I was finally able to purchase it on sale at 30 percent off, at last. I adore it. I wear it constantly; it's sporty, but feminine too. It offers enough warmth for nippy spring days too. I was also impressed with the way J. Crew's shop helped me track it down online (they didn't have my small size in their store) and how swiftly it arrived with no shipping cost. My best spring purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bicoastal Military for the stylish girl
Military style without looking like you raided the army-navy surplus. Details that keep this piece stylish and feminine include back buttons and drawstring waist for creating a cinched-in, tailored look. The lady proportions are just right for a slightly oversized "boyfriend" effect so I would recommend sticking with your usual size. For a more shrunken fit, go down a size. If you want to keep the option for wearing more than just a cami underneath, keep your usual size. For reference, I'm 5'7" and 118 lbs and I took a small. I usually wear x-small to small tops in JCrew and size 2 in schoolboy blazers (with only a light top underneath). The x-small was a bit tight in the shoulder and armpits with anything heavier than a light top. It might have worked for someone with a smaller/narrower frame.
NB: The collar comes "distressed" for you. This bit is not noticeable in the photos. It's not a deal-breaker for me but I prefer to destroy my own clothes.
