Rated 1 out of 5 by Jenny Most painful shoes I've ever worn . . .
I love how shiny these flats are and had big plans of wearing them to work all summer long (since I walk a lot, heels tend to fall apart on me). However, although these shoes "fit", they are the most painful shoes - especially flats- that I've ever tried to wear! They rubbed my heels bloody and dug a blister into the top of my foot. I tried moleskin, band-aids, etc., and nothing has helped. I own several other pairs of JCrew shoes, and none of them have fit/hurt like this. If my rubbed off skin weren't already embedded in the shoe, I'd return them in a heartbeat. So disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by krnlmn Lovely, but painful
My usual size is 7.5 and I ordered a 7.5. I probably should have ordered an 8. I have narrow feet so I thought it would be ok. I wore them one day and I thought my toes were going to fall off. They were painful! I ordered the Viv metallic flats in 8 thinking a bigger size would solve the problem, but they still killed my feet.
Aesthetics wise, they are gorgeous. Great shape and material. Just wished they worked on my feet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jennifer I would buy these in every color if I could
I absolutely LOVE this flat! It is the perfect shoe for any outfit. If I could afford to buy every color I totally would. I recently wore this shoe on a business trip to NYC and walked miles without any issues.
I had to buy a full size larger than I usually wear but this shoe is so comfortable and versatile you'll wear it often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JenniferD Viv owns my closet!
I own the Viv Patent Flat in Black, Soft Desert, Metallic Platinum, and Mirror Metallic Bow, so obviously I'm a fan. I think this is a well-made, versatile shoe. It is a very "flat" shoe with little heel, so those looking for more of a boost may opt for the Kiki or something with a little more heel. Because of the low/no heel, I think this shoe looks best with skinny and/or cropped pants (e.g., Minnie, Campbell Capri). Web guidelines to increase by 1/2 size are definitely accurate for me. If you are a first time Viv buyer, you may want to purchase a couple different sizes to determine your best fit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jane Pretty flat
Have bought a few Viv's in several colours. Went up a half size to allow room in toe box. Flattering on and comfortable after a couple of wears. Improved cut and shape on the shoe since my first pair of Viv's last year -making them more comfortable than original pair.
