Rated 3 out of 5 by Looks great, quality not so much Have been contemplating buying this watch for some time. Finally ended up buying it a week ago. I really like the look of it. I'm a big fan of the blue dial and the nato strap. However, the one thing that really bothers me about this watch is that the day/date feature isn't quite good. The date/number (so let's say the 23) will change around 9-10 pm but the day (say Monday) will change around/after midnight. It really makes no sense. The two should be synced correctly. Instead the day/date feature becomes useless after 9 pm. It might seem trivial but I bought this watch because I really liked that it had this feature and was one of the selling points for me. I exchanged it yesterday but it appears the new one does the same thing. I'm not sure if that's just how it is or if I'm unlucky and ended up with two clunkers. Overall I think it's a great looking timepiece but the day/date issue is something J. Crew should fix going forward. March 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic value for money I've had this watch for just over two weeks and it's been fantastic so far. The vintage, distressed look and finish are spot on and the build quality is very high. I set the time 13 days ago and the watch has gained less than two seconds since then, so it's extremely accurate as well. The dive bezel, lume, and day/date indicator all work perfectly, far in excess of what I expected from such an inexpensive watch, and I love having the ability to change the watch's look for different occasions by swapping out the strap. Overall, if you are looking for a budget-friendly, stylish, and versatile watch, you can't go wrong with this one! March 26, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great look, so-so quality Looks terrific and keeps great time! However, the case scratches easily and looks like it has oxidized after only a couple of weeks. July 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great watch and it goes with everything. I own a number of high end watches and this one always gets compliments. Well worth the money. June 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great quality, stellar look I first spotted the Timex Andros in the J. Crew at Stanford Mall in Palo Alto, CA. One of the staff there had it and so I asked about it. Suffice to say: they were sold out, but I was instructed to buy one online. It's a really great watch and worth the price. High quality overall, the type of look that catches eyes, likely for the classic resemblance to mariner watches. Setting the day and date was a bit of a chore, but once it was set I haven't had any problems. I would absolutely recommend this watch to anyone in the market for something that can be worn both casually and more formally. November 16, 2014
