Product Details

Back in 2004, we set out to replicate one of our favorite thrift-store tees, and the result is our vintage cotton—famous for its heathered texture and softness. We upgraded this tee to a top-quality cotton that stands up to constant wear without sacrificing the lived-in feel we love. Since it's so featherweight, we recommend taking extra care when washing. Treat it like you would lingerie, not gym gear.

  • Vintage slub cotton.
  • Machine wash.

Rated 2 out of 5 by want to love, but can't I bought several for summer: all fit slightly differently, some are a bit longer, some a bit wider, and ALL have holes in the front after just one wash. I followed care instructions perfectly, washed like lingerie on delicate with no other clothes. I love the array of colors and the neckline is flattering, but I can't spend what little disposable income I have on clothing that is literally disposable. June 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Vintage Cotton Tee I really love these t-shirts, just wish jcrew could come up with a way to prevent the holes they get. I wore 2 of my new tshirts once before I noticed a hole. Very frustrating! April 28, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Vintage Cotton Tee I actually really love these tees and I own almost 20 in different colors and necklines. The only problem with them is that no matter how careful I am with washing and drying, they still get holes! So frustrating. That said, they're lightweight and soft and make great layering pieces. Rated 4 out of 5 by I love these tees I've been a fan of the vintage cotton tees for a few years now; you just can't beat the flattering non-clingy fit, soft fabric, and fun colors. They are also really lightweight for hot summer days. My vintage tees from a few years ago got small holes in the fabric rather quickly which was a disappointment, but I found last summer's tees to be more durable and the ones that I ordered for this summer seem even more improved. I would recommend hanging dry rather than putting them in the dryer. They run on the larger side and tend to stretch out a bit so I would say to order your smaller size if you are between two sizes. The neon violet is gorgeous! May 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Can't Recommend Maybe the fabric appeals to youngest shoppers, but for me it looks cheap and old. Old isn't bad, this is. May 9, 2014
