Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathie Wonderful shirt!
Every time I have bought a shirt in the past I have hoped it would be this one.
I am 5 ft 2 in., 120 lbs and muscular. The Medium Petite fits perfectly.
Not too tight anywhere and no gappy, too tight buttons.
I purchased the navy, which is a beautiful dark navy, almost black.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PetitesFTW Great fit, cut well
Love this top - would happily buy it in other colours! It fits true to the measurements indicated online and has enough space to accommodate a woman's bust.
However, three of the buttons have fallen off, so the quality could use some work.

I bought the misty lilac and it is a beautiful color. The fit is perfect. I am 5' 1" and about 100 lbs and the XS petite is just right. Often even petite sleeves are too long for me and these are not. It's a beautiful shirt. I am thinking about getting other colors.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Taradonna Must Dry Clean
My usual JCrew size is P0 which I think PXS is equivalent to. I'm 5", 30D, 105 lbs. I'm an avid JCrew shopper, I'd say 97% of my clothing is JCrew, they are spot on for the style I like. I live in the schoolboy and regent blazers, fashionable sweatshirts, sweaters, no. 2 pencil skirts, chambray shirts and have even dabbled in the boys department in sz 14.
Pros for the "Perfect Shirt": I like the fitted look and the gorgeous colors and even the light fabric that is suited for spring/summer.
Cons: I don't like the collar, it seems a tad short. It washes poorly. The cleaning directions...wash in cold, tumble dry low. I did that and it came out with microscopic wrinkles that give it an overall crumpled look, like a piece of paper that was crumpled up into a ball and flattened out again. This is most definitely a dry clean only shirt unless you are fond of ironing. I'll stick with the non-iron shirts I usually buy, and continue to buy all the other amazing pieces I love from JCrew.

Rated 3 out of 5 by classylady Great shirt, but needs more tailoring for petites
I love J Crew's Stretch Perfect Shirts, but something seems to have changed over the years. The first one I bought several years ago was indeed perfect. The last two that I've bought have fit great except it the upper back area, where there is a distinct poof. This is minor issue that my tailor can fix, but it adds to the overall cost of the shirt. Otherwise the shirt fits great. For reference, I am about 5'1", 108 pounds, and wear a 32 D.
