Ribbed cotton-cashmere short

I really wanted to like these. I bought two pairs of these shorts along with the matching hoodies and I ended up hating them all. I did size down based on reviews- I normally wear XS/S and even with the XXS I got these were baggy and loose. You also have to make sure you wash/dry these properly so they don't stretch out even MORE. I also realized that cotton/cashmere blends tend to be horrible because it's heavyweight (bc of the cotton) and not soft which defeats the whole purpose of having cashmere.

just took these out of the bag & there is a hole right in the front - why were these even sold??

I do hope these shrink in wash because I got them on final sale. I thought I won't go wrong with size S - this is what I wore in JCrew before giving birth, and I'm certainly no slimmer now. These are huge - the waist actually falls down, I probably should have gotten an XXS... The waist to crotch distance is also long, so they don't look nice when sitting on the hip instead. I would definitely return these if I could.

I bought all 3 colors and I absolutely love them. They are extremely comfortable and very soft. They run really big however. I ordered a medium. The fit is nice, but I'm going to order another set in the small. I hate that I missed out on the matching sweater hoodies. These shorts are an awesome buy. Great deal.

Wish I had stayed w/ my TTS in these lovely shorts. I did not find them to run big. Plan on keeping the S to wear at home but because these shorts are so good I could not resist and ordered them in my true size M. I carry in my bottom and hips. If you want them to fit slouchy for beach to errand days stay w/ your TTS.

Very comfy, fit well. Sized down to XS (usually 26 in jeans or S) and it is still very loose, like in no way is it stretching to accommodate my butt and thighs. If I wanted the shorts to be body hugging, could probably have sized down at least oncemore. Regardless, perfectly comfy. The material is nice too - soft and textured from the knit.
