Cassi Namoda X J.Crew limited-edition wedding dress in silk blend

I’m 5’6 and 138 pounds. 33A chest with a straight torso. I got a size 2 and it’s a perfect fit. Beautiful for a small chest and those lacking curves. The length is perfect for a small heel. The sweet embroidery on the bottom was a welcome surprise. “ little is enough for those in love”. Can not wait to married in the dress.

I had been watching this dress for weeks and finally caved and bought it on a sale. I ordered my regular Jcrew dress size (8) and I was expecting this to fit normally however I am sadly disappointed in this gown! The top is very short, it ends just under my "bust" and hardly seems low chested like all the images, which is the whole reason I wanted it. Also the skirt part is very sheer and has two visible darts right in the front. I would say it runs small because I barely have any room in the size 8, it's tight. This accentuates my belly and clings to my hips. It's not as loose and flowy like it is on the models. Also the sash does not stay in place whatsoever, the loops for it hang way too low and I'm assuming they must have used fashion tape or safety pins to hold it in place on the model. It is a very yellow ivory shade, not a soft white either. Overall I'm sad that this isn't the dreamy old Hollywood wedding dress I was hoping to use for my wedding.

I hesitated to buy this dress on final markdown thinking it couldn't be as pictured, but I'm so glad I did. This dress put an end to my endless scrolling looking for a classy and elegant yet simple wedding dress. I'll be wearing it in the fall for an outdoor desert wedding. The ramie in the bust is double layered, so you cannot see through it. Don't let the neckline scare you! The skirt is lined and has a sweet embroidered, nearly invisible message at the hemline. True to fit and ok with a smaller bust and hourglass shape. I may change out the sash for something with a little more structure, but the included ribbon belt is nice, too.

This dress is beautiful, flattering, and comfortable, and it fits perfectly. I was concerned about it being too revealing with how low it's cut, but everything stays where it's supposed to no matter what position I'm in. I can't wait to wear this for my wedding in August.

I’ve been looking for so long but this is my perfect wedding dress. It arrived today and I love the fit, the material and the style. It’s so pretty.
