Made-in-Italy T-strap heels in leather

Beautiful shoe, could not wait to receive my order. However, they are so very narrow, even with the squared off toe box. The whole shoe is about 1/2 inch less wide than similar J Crew low heeled mary janes that I recently purchases. I always wear a 10.5, but these felt a whole size smaller, although the length was great. I returned and went up a half size to 11, which I have never worn before. The width felt much better, but now the toe box is longer and I find myself bumping into things with them LOL. I am debating keeping them or returning as I have only worn them as try ons in the bedroom. I want to love them, but they have such an unusual design, long and narrow.

The leather is soft and buttery. Comfortable, too.

I was looking forward to wearing these shoes in white in my usual JCrew size 11. However, these are so uncomfortable I am returning them immediately. Usually Italian leather shoes are some of the best. Not these as the leather is not supple at all and is so stiff the shoes hurt your feet. Such a shame as they are stylish and would have been comfortable for all day wear.
