Girls' seersucker dress

A very beautiful and well made summer dress, with 100% cotton. It is very pretty with lots of ruffle details. It runs small, I bought size 6 for my 4-year old (42 inches tall), and it is still short in length. It is more of a beach dress style, so there is no waist line and not a fitted cutting.

Bought two as Christmas gifts for sisters’ age 3 and 7. Size 8 for 7 yr old that would easily fit an 11yr old. Can’t return since it was final sale price, and still overpriced. Buyer beware! Design was boxy, not tapered as it should be and not seersucker as described. J Crew quality has deteriorated.
