Collection chiffon ruffle dress in blurry floral print

I’d been coveting this dress for a while and was thrilled to snag it on sale. The print reads almost tie-dye in person, which is really pretty. It’s cut a bit lower and the bodice is less fitted than I expected, but it’s still very flattering overall.
