Fits true to size based on
11 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers really like this shirt for its soft, cozy feel and the lightweight flannel weight that works well for fall. The colors and plaid pattern are generally a hit, and several customers called it a great everyday staple that looks good layered or worn on its own. Fit seems pretty flexible overall: it has a relaxed classic fit, though a few customers said it runs a bit large or a bit small depending on the look they wanted, so sizing up or down may help dial in the fit. Overall, it comes across as a comfy, well-made shirt that customers would happily wear again.

Nice But, Not Really My Thing
November 14, 2021Nice weight, material, quality, but I guess the pattern's just not really to my taste. A bit too Country-Western for me. Runs a bit small, I thought: more like a slim fit than a classic. I sure won't be putting it in the dryer for even a few minutes! Maybe I just like my flannel shirts a bit bigger. Flannel does tend to shrink, so the next time I order a flannel shirt from J Crew, I think I'll try sizing up.

Good Feel, Color Odd
November 11, 2021I’m 5’9”, 32DD, 135 pounds, and the size 4 fits me great. It’s not tight, but a relaxed fit. I could have sized down to a 2 if I wanted it to be more form-fitting. The sleeves are slightly short for my preference, but I also have long arms. Fabric texture is great but as someone else mentioned, may need special washing to keep it in prime condition. What I didn’t like was the coloring. I figured this would be more red tones when instead they lean toward pinks. Even the buttons are pink. I’ll still wear it but the coloring close up was a disappointment.
