My terrible experience with J Crew
June 19, 2019I bought this top on sale and I never expected such a terrible quality JCrew has. My top is gone after first laundry ( I know it says dry clean only , but my washer has hand wash mode so that’s not a problem).

Cute but small
May 20, 2019Very cute wrap-style top. The cut is flattering and the material looks and feels to be of good quality. Perfect for the holiday season! However, I do agree with the reviews saying that this runs small. I am anywhere between 0/00 bordering on petite/regular, but ordered this when it was final sale and only 0 regular was available. It definitely took some work to get on and off.. I had to have help when taking it off! Once on, it was pretty comfortable, but the arms/shoulders are stiff (material is not stretchy) so I could only raise my arms to a certain level. Overall, I like it and plan on wearing it. BUT be warned, it does run small!

Didn't work for me
April 6, 2019This shirt is not comfortable in the sleeves area. You can't really raise your arms. Maybe I should have ordered the 0. The material doesn't have a good feel and it is also dry clean only. I was able to have it altered so now I can wear it but this can be an expensive option. I will also try to wash it by hand as I am not a big fan of dry cleaning.

Fell Apart after wash/dry
April 3, 2019It’s a pretty shirt for sure. But it runs super duper small. I looked for care instructions on the shirt and I couldn’t find any. So after I wore it once, I washed it and put it in the drier. The whole belt fell apart as if a cat clawed it. Non salvageable. I see here on the website it says dry clean but I couldn’t find that on the shirt itself. Who has time for that? I live in Vermont and there are NO dry cleaners. I wash shirts after wearing them once. Even if I could, I wouldn’t go to the dry cleaner every time after wearing a shirt once. i had bought this shirt in another color and sized up as it was on sale. But I don’t know if I’ll wear it since no dry cleaners in Vermont. Maybe I’ll wash and line dry. Oh well.
