A Classic Sweater With a Designer Twist!

As an older woman who has a collection of original collectible designer pieces, please let this designer use their talent to make another item rather than making more of this sweater. Limited edition is what makes this piece unique and collecting fun. This is a talented wearable designer team.

2 days agoAlso cancelled: order was placed immediately after notification, with apparent availability, later cancelled with no notice explanation or apology. It’s one thing if I miss being able to place an order, but to be able to place and then have mysteriously cancelled? No more J. Crew.

Another cancellation
3 days agoOrdered the morning of release. Then it was cancelled despite saying ‘in progress’ the day after I purchased it. Didn’t even say cancelled in my account when the email was sent. Sure was when I responded saying that it was unacceptable. “Sorry for the inconvenience but pre-orders are happening for it and expected to ship at the end of July!” No. Bye, J.Crew.

Perfect Sweater is all the time
4 days agoGlad I stayed the extra day in NYC after speaking to the sales associate at the Greenpoint location last night saying that there would be a in store restock at the Spring St. location in SoHo. Glad because never have I felt so good to be in such a well made, well designed piece of clothing. Im so relaxed right now lounging in the softness and new sweater scent. Perhaps the waiting in line an hour before opening in the sunny cold, and navigating the bustling line trying to get our sizes right gives me even greater story of acquisition than simply ordering online and letting the warehouse workers and postal servicemen do the grunt work. I wanted a large but managed a medium and it fits fine. I am 5’10” 170 lbs and although the back runs a little high that is just within the style of Eckhaus Latta. The price is incredibly reasonable for what you are acquiring. The Chinese manufacturers certainly under the right design guidance have brought about a great affordable high quality article of clothing. Thank you for the collaboration and good day.
