Drapey wrap mini dress

High end wrap dress, I love the material, as someone pointed out the black isn’t onyx but it’s black with a hint of sheen. I do not equate that with looking worn. I love it. It’s like a matte satin look almost. This will be gorgeous year round. I love that it’s a softer black as I usually find black looks harsh on me and I just started wanting to wear it more again. This is definitely well made and no gaping. TTS I’m 5’2 101 lbs and took XXS I would caution those taller that it may be found short (at least this size as I imagine the length gets slightly longer each size increment) but it was well above knee, mid thigh on me maybe or slightly lower than mid thigh. Not too short though at all. I think I was expecting it to be longer bc most items are but I love it! Love the gorgeous sleeves not too ballooney on petite frame at all.

I was disappointed when it arrived, and the fabric looks like the dress has been worn. The color on the fabric looked slightly faded and it was also missing a button. I was planning on wearing it to a semi-formal event but the faded look really deters anyone to wear it anywhere.

This is a nice dress and I wished this was in petite and not regular.

Im 5’1 and size medium or 6-8 in Jcrew so ordered a medium but it was too short (4 inches above my knee) and too tight across my chest (I’m 34 DD).

Love the color and it's light and comfortable for the summer. Fabric is heavier than it looks, but it's also properly opaque: I tried it on with a black bra and couldn't see through it. The body of the dress fits true to size (I usually wear a 2 in J Crew dresses), although the sleeves and shoulders are definitely more voluminous than they appear. To me they feel slightly large/long, but all of my friends thought they looked great.

Beautiful dress and lovely colour! Only complaint is it wrinkles very easily..
