These leggings are getting lots of love for being comfortable, well made, and easy to wear for lounging, working from home, errands, or light workouts. Many customers said the fit is flattering and often true to size, though a few suggested sizing up or noted a snugger fit through the thighs. The split-hem detail is a nice touch, and several customers appreciated the length and overall shape. Perfect Fit
January 20, 2022I love, love, love these leggings!! I am short, chubby, but on the stocky side, and they fit me perfectly. So well indeed that I have been wearing them almost exclusively since getting them. I cannot imagine them not fitting any body type, and the quality is on point. They keep their shape all day, and do not pile. Bonus, I did not need to get them hemmed! What more could one ask for?!! Came back twice for more, and since my size has sold out, I already regret not purchasing more in case they get retired. I am begging you, J. Crew, please, pretty please, bring them back!

Best for straight or athletic body types probably
January 17, 2022I love the style of these pants but they just will not work on my body (curvy in thighs and hips, flatter abdomen). I am typically a 10 but sometimes J. Crew bottoms can be too snug for me. I purchased these in a medium and the waist is big but the hips and thighs are unflattering. They don't feel too tight in the hips and thighs but look it, especially with the loose waist. If they were longer / full length pants they might be ok, but even at 5'5" the length is too short. Fit coupled with sheerness and thinness of the fabric I won't be able to wear them out of the house but hey might be ok on a more straight body.
