Awful, don't buy final sale
March 2, 2026Got these on final sale and thought it was a great deal. However, upon receiving them, there's obvious manufacturing defects and shoddy work overall. The cushion inside the shoe is lifting, the adhesive that was used is subpar. On the soles of the shoes, there's exposed threads, which I've never seen in my life. There's also unevenness and exposed adhesive on the soles as well. I wish there was something I could do about this obviously poorly constructed shoe, but because it's final sale, I can't take it back.

August 27, 2025I was supporting a client in a very prominent venue in New York City, and my $$ designer shoes literally started falling apart as I was walking in them. I had one hour to fix this issue, and I went to a nearby J.Crew, and they magically solved my problem. These shoes had a heavy test that evening, and it was as if I had them for years. No breaking-in issues. Just pay and play.
