Zoe barrel pant in chino

Love these chinos, very comfortable and stretchy, but they run super big. I’m 5’8” 166 lbs and usually a 31 in slim wide chinos, 30 in the camp pocket, so I took my chances with the 31 and they are so big in the back I pretty much have no shape if I stand sideways. I should have guessed these would be oversized but also wouldn’t want them too form fitting in the back because the material really thin and the barrel shape might look funny. I actually needed a belt for the first time in forever because of the movement in the waist.

I didn't encounter these pants until they were on clearance, so my size was out of stock in the fun colors I wanted. I ended up ordering the Distant Surplus color, which is just your basic greenish/brownish chino, but I needed some basic chinos anyway. When they arrived and I tried them on, I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the fit. I absolutely love the slight barrel shape of these pants, I have never encountered a barrel with such a subtle and nice shape. I am curvy, so there is a tiny waist gap in the back, but nothing major. Other reviewers say these run big, so maybe they'll stretch after I wear them all day, but at first try-on, I say they run TTS for me. I immediately came back and ordered the black before they were out of stock. I am very happy with these and so glad to have found them at an amazing price.

Perfect lightweight pants for the summer for going to the office! They do stretch out and run a little big, but very comfortable and cute.
