The Teddy coat in striped plush fleece

Thank you everyone who wrote a lousy review for this - you scared enough people off that I was able to snag this on final sale. This coat is absolutely adorable. If you're looking for something sexy then stay away from coats called "teddy". if you're looking for something cute this is it.

In theory this could have been a really cute fun coat but I found the fleece to be so thick and bulky I honestly laughed at myself in the mirror when I put it on. Additionally I agree that the color is a yellowish white as opposed to the creamy color it appears to be on screen. Just a huge no all around. It fell in the "what were they thinking" camp for me.

The Teddy caught my eye both in the blue color and the white w/navy stripe version. Decisions decisions. I went w/the stripe as I felt it would blend better with my dark denims for the cooler months. I live in a warmer climate but still need an easy on/off plush warm jacket and this seems to fit the bill for that. I am approx. 5'8" - 115 lbs. The Small fits perfectly w/room to wear layers underneath. Note, I am not busty more of a boyish figure. This type of jacket never goes out of style. Just have to keep it clean. Reminds me of those 'blanket' style jackets of yesteryear.

Way too roomy across chest. Collar/lapels turn forward and look messy. Color is DINGY DINGY DINGY. Immediate thought when I tried it on: where’s the OxiClean? The stripes are so cute, that I am sad it did not end up a keeper. But it looks like a try-and-miss from a thrift store.
