Utility jacket in Kinloch cloth

Reminiscent of that other company's iconic coat, this one makes a great addition to your closet. It's slightly oversized (enough for a sweater or fleece zip underneath) and has plenty of pockets. Nice touch adding the button at the top of the collar to keep you snug on windy days. Minus one star because of the length of the coat - it should be at least two inches longer so that one can wear a sport coat or blazer underneath. It is also a bit boxy and without any type of drawstring inside to make it a bit more fitted. The plaid cloth inside is a nice touch but does not offer any warmth - so this is best worn with a medium to heavy sweater in the fall. I was considering applying some wax on it to make it waterproof.

Bought this for someone who has a lot of stuff to carry and doesn't want a separate carryall, as he's likely to forget and lose it somewhere. Extremely functional, with pockets large and small to stash stuff, even pockets to keep your hands warm! Material attracts lint here and there, but not a deal breaker given the nice finishing touches (sturdy zippers that work without hesitation, button holes perfectly sized, attractive plaid lining, and corduroy detailing. Wish I could find a ladies version for myself.

Fabric is crisp and sturdy. Jacket has a LOT of pockets, which is nice. I wish the cord collar was black but oh well. Only issue is it’s boxy. Could use just a little shape through the mid section. 5’11 170 athletic/muscular and got a small. A bit tight in the chest and loose in the belly

This is a cool coat for the price. A little baggie… I’m 6’3” 200lbs and it is loose. I imagine the medium would have been a more fitted look, but I was worried about sleeve length and this was a final sale that I had delivered. Plus, a loose fit works well with this coat. I’m not sure if it’s waxed; maybe a modern wax alternative? It definitely doesn’t have the oily look of a Barbour. Material feels like my Mac jacket. I’m thinking about waxing this coat.

Lightweight and perfect as an overcoat (for layering) or as a lightweight coat. It’s a simplified version of the traditional British brand that start with a B and ends in arbour, but with way more pockets. So many pockets. I can fit my iPad in two of the interior pockets, and the rear pocket is capable of holding a laptop or rolled up newspaper (traditionally that pocket is for birds or whatever you hunted that day). I’ll attempt to wax it to see if it can become water replant. Highly recommend. Good bang for buck.

Nice british style jacket for fall, early winter weather, quite thin and not warm though. Also, neck strip of the jacket is not come along when it's shipped, they should ve more careful before sending it.
