J. Crew needs to end
2 weeks agoWrong item was sent. Out of 4 items ordered, 2 wrong items were sent and one item was not sent at all. It’s clear that J. Crew no longer has pride in their product, and their quality control and customer service has suffered as a result. Not worth it.
