U.S. Return Policy and Exchange Policy
J.Crew gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to a J.Crew store. J.Crew merchandise cannot be returned to J.Crew Factory locations. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them by following the instructions enclosed in your package and will not be accepted at J.Crew stores or the distribution center. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon the return of an item, you will forfeit any rewards applied on that purchase.
