Received faulty product
April 5, 2020For the first time in my shopping experience at J.Crew, I received a faulty product that was completely unwearable: boots came with no shoes laces at all, no tags or any forms of labels attached to mark the boots as new, and a bit of stitching on the shoe uppers came off. I was shocked and confused upon opening the package. Since my size have sold out now, I can't even exchange them.
