Thankful for high rise!
November 8, 2020I am 5'4", 140 lbs., 67 years old. Whatever your view of mom jeans, get it out of your head. These jeans are perfect. I know folks of all ages love these- I actually read reviews. While they have a touch of stretch, they really feel like all cotton jeans. The waist might be a little snug, but will stretch to perfection in a few minutes of wear so don't buy a pair that fits too big. The color is like a well loved pair of jeans, and I really like that. They don't look new. I don't think you can go wrong with these jeans.

Fits true to size
Great fit but too long
October 1, 2020I love the fit on these jeans (I'm 115 lbs, 5'5 and bought a 26). They are flattering , hold their shape well, and the wash is better in person than online (less contrast). My only issue is that they are way too long, and I'll need to get them hemmed. They hit the model at the ankle, but for me they were full length which was a bit disappointing. I usually prefer Madewell jeans, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well these are made.

September 14, 2020These jeans do not follow J Crew sizing and they do not look ANYTHING like the picture. The cut, color, and distressing is all wrong. So disappointed!

Comfiest jeans!
September 1, 2020I LOVE these. They are some of the comfiest jeans I've gotten in awhile. The other reviews are right that they run a little small (mostly around the thighs/butt). I've worn them for two days in a row now, and they stretch out just a little bit (in a good way since they were a little tight). I ordered my usual size, and they were fine.

Very happy with these jeans
August 29, 2020I an 5’almost 5” 140 slightly thick at waist. These worked better in a 29 than a 28 but I’m VERY pleased with the overall fit. Very flattering.
