This is a perfectly sized bag for fall and a trip into the city with a long shoulder strap/handle

Love the chocolate suede and the size is just right if you are looking for a small crossbody bag. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish it had an inside zipper compartment as I am a bit concerned that with just a magnet my personal items aren’t as secure as I like them to be.

Purse was sent without the adjustable strap. When I tried to process an excahnge online, JCrew cancelled my order and never communicated it with me. They ended up taking my money, and the defective purse. And then the customer service rep was unable to address my concern with my cancelled exchanged. It was a beautiful bag, but came defective. And will never do an online return or exchange with this company again after how my experience was handled- lost complete trust in a brand I love!
