Shrunk after first wash & hole after second wash!
March 23, 2021So so disappointed with this half zip since it’s super soft and cozy. BUT it shrunk a lot after just first wash. Then today, I noticed a hole near the collar after the second wash!! I ordered this in February got it almost 10 days later. It’s not returnable or exchangeable since it’s out of the 30-day window since I ordered!?! The fabric is defective to rip/tear after second wash! JC must do a better job with quality control. I’m terribly disappointed by this product as well as the lack of customer care as I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years...

February 27, 2021I usually have a good experience with JCrew. But this shirt is junk. It has a hole after only one wash. It was air dried too.
