Long Toscana coat in Italian stadium-cloth wool blend
Inspired by our cocoon fit, this one comes in a below-the-knee length with plenty of polished details like a hidden zipper closure, signature gold crest buttons and a standing collar to keep the cold at bay. Plus, it's crafted from our exclusive stadium-cloth wool, created especially for us by Italy's Nello Gori mill. It's soft, insulating and it adds warmth without bulk. (P.S. We've used it in our collection every year since 2006.)

So Close to Perfect, But...
1 day agoI wanted to love this coat. It came so close to checking all the boxes in terms of style, fit and fabric. I prefer all wool, and this comes close at 80%. It's soft and would definitely be warm. But I will be returning it for a few reasons. First, it runs large. I felt like I was swimming in the Petite 0. I ordered the black, and it's a deep, rich color. But being as oversized as it is, the black felt overwhelming. I also am not a fan of the very bright gold zipper—especially in contrast with the black. It would also be better if the zip went further down the coat to keep out the cold.

Gorgeous Coat
3 days agoBeautiful blue-green color and contrasting violet lining makes this a gorgeous coat. It fits very large so bought 2 sizes down. Imagine it is intentionally big as the style, but I wanted a more normal fit.

Loved the Coat, Not the Burgundy Hue
3 days agoI love this coat and already own it in grey and black. I wanted to add the burgundy to my collection, but it turned out to be more of a brownish-red tone than I expected, so it didn’t quite match what I was looking for.

Size 2 is really a size 8
1 week agoI bought this coat as soon as it came out because I love the turquoise color! I am a true size 8 (37x29x38) and took the size 2 in this coat. I returned because it is just too long, even though I am 5’7”, and I really did not like the bright purple lining. Please bring this back in the shorter length with a simple lining!!

Well-made and Elegant Piece
2 weeks agoI have wanted the Stadium coat for a long time but, it was too short for me. Once you reach a certain age, you appreciate a coat that provides full coverage—especially around the knees. As expected, J.Crew delivers exceptional tailoring, tailored clothing NEVER goes out of style. I love the buttons and the 3 outside pockets and the hidden pocket inside. I did read that the coat tends to run large. I am 5'8 and 254lbs (yes I said how much I weigh) and I got a 24, it fits perfectly.
