Not among my favorites
February 25, 2022the photos make this look better than it is in person. I ordered the brown/black. looks more black tho there are brown/black stripes. also could really use vents on the side or back seam because it looks a bit boxy. overall i'm a huge J.Crew/Wallace & Barnes fan especially suits so its still a good buy. Also they really need to make the pants again.

Perfection
December 29, 2021I’m a 6’ tall woman with a trim athletic figure at 150 lbs and tried this men’s jacket for the fun of it, to use as a casual jacket with dressy tees and nice button downs with chinos, nice jeans and cords. Who cares what side the buttons are on if an article of clothing fits well, and in my case, the 36R in this lovely jacket fit me like it was tailored for me, with some room to breathe for my long torso and plenty of sleeve length for my long arms. Doesn’t scream “too masculine” for this heterosexual female at all, but instead it’s polished due to the elegant fabrication and practical due to the pockets. Men’s clothing is often made so much better than women’s attire, and this jacket is posh quality yet durable. Both colorways are elegant in real life. Great for both genders!

Great looking blazer, but not for me.
December 23, 2021I love the subtle stripes pattern on this blazer. The fabric feels high quality. The front pockets make the blazer a little more casual, but more versatile. Alas, the fit was not for me. For reference I purchased a size 46R, am 6 feet tall, and weigh 205 pounds. Found it too tight in the shoulders. However, I have a broad chest, and others may find it fits better. Would recommend it if it fits you.

Perfect casual blazer
October 2, 2021OK, I'm biased. I absolutely love the W&B chore blazers. I have six different colors of the cotton-linen version, and was glad to see a version become available in a slightly dressier material. These have proven to be very versatile and to be suitable for a very wide range of occasions. They’re probably the most versatile jackets that I own. The cotton-linen versions might have been a bit on the casual side, but because I currently live in California, that's not really been an issue. With the dressier fabric, they're now even suitable for wearing *outside* California! The only thing to watch out for - they have working buttons on the cuffs. This means that you essentially can't have the length of the sleeves altered. If you usually need to get sleeves shortened, you should probably consider an alternative to these.
