Dirty coat
February 27, 2025I ordered this coat in black, and I was so excited waiting my coat arrived, I received today, but what a disappointment, the coat arrived dirty, full of human hair and pet hair , the box doesn't have the jcrew logo , didn't come in a plastic bag like jcrew used put it on the coat, is really disgusting

Warm winter jacket
February 26, 2025So happy with this purchase! with the final sale and half off price this was a great deal! I'm 5'4 130 lbs and got the size 2 in black. Since it was final sale I was nervous, but it fit great. It definitely runs big as I'm usually a 6 or 8 in other places and I have broad shoulders. It's slightly tight at the shoulder but not uncomfortable. Sleeves were perfect length and overall the coat is flattering and makes me look slim. It's a heavy and warm coat. Looks beautiful and expensive. I might have to wait until winter to wear it though but its a worthy investment that wont go out of style
