Buyer beware: Quality is *not* what it used to be
17 hours agoAbsolute crap. Once upon a time, J. Crew meant quality, but buyer beware. I supposed I'm quaint to think that a $158 item should be reasonably high quality? I bought three of these and they fell apart within 2 months. Completely pilled up, and one of them had a hole in the arm pit within weeks. Seriously? When I reached out to J. Crew (because by the time I got around to it, I was post-return) and: No response! I have one of these from *2021* that's holding up very well, so times have changed people. Look out.
