They're not thick/heavyweight like Reigning Champ, however they are very dense, which gives them a very flattering and substantial look. The fit is not "relaxed" but not "slim" either, but tapered just right. The crotch sits higher than other athletic brands and the top block looks perfect from every angle, almost fitted, and my butt looks great. The hem is tapered enough that it looks clean while flexible enough to pull up around the calves. The Washed Ocean color looks much Deeper in person and is very similar to J. Crew's "Manor Blue" color. It's an intriguing blue that is deep yet not dark, and pairs perfectly with dark tops and statement sneakers. The outside stitching and back pocket are dead giveaways that these sweats are a level above, common among high quality sweats around the $150 range. When I wear these, I always feel I am the best-dressed guy at the gym; the fit, fabric, color and stitching all stand out in the sea of generic thin poly sweats. Unbeatable.

I was worried a size M would be too large from the reviews. A medium is a perfect fit for someone 5'9" 175 lbs. Great quality, comfortable and warm on a 35 degree day.

This is a fleece item, not supposed to, but yet it shrunk a good inch!!! And of course, can't return cause its a final sale. Shouldn't poor quality be a good reason to accept returns J Crew? Is not like you don't charge enough.

Was recommended these for a while and came across a final sale that seemed like a decent deal. I ordered a small but it fits like a medium/large around the waist and pockets, baggy like parachute pants. Fabric is thick which is nice but the sizing was misleading. being a final sale, if it doesn’t shrink my only option is to hoist it on my flagstaff for the weekends

Great pair of sweats! Thick high quilty material that will keep you warm in the house and out... I MUST for cold North East winters. Classic old-school fit.

I'm female and ordered the XS. I have 35" hips and wear XS in women's J Crew bottoms too. These sweats are super. If you are familiar with the popular nimbus sweats from a different brand, these are like those but better because they have some poly in the fabric for longevity and softness. I got these on sale and wouldn't have thrown down for full price however. I wish the inseam measurements were listed because I would like to get these for 6' man but don't know if they would be long enough. The inseam on XS is about 28" since they fit shrimpy me perfect in length.
