How do I place an order?

By Internet:

Shop at jcrew.com. To ship items internationally, simply look for the flag at the bottom left-hand corner of the site and click “Change” to switch countries.

By Phone:

We are unable to place an order via phone. All orders must be completed on jcrew.com.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all international orders and American Express, Paypal and UnionPay Credit for select destinations. Available options will be presented at checkout.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?

All duties and taxes will be included in the item price (Canada excluded).

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, eShopWorld, supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

No. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, eShopWorld, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by eShopWorld. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.

How do I return an item?

Click here to return an item. Please allow an additional 48 hours after your package has been delivered before submitting your return request. Returns cannot be submitted until 48 hours post-delivery.

J.Crew gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online within 30 business days of original purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase click here to initiate a return. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, eShopWorld, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.

Do you honor price adjustments?

J.Crew gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven business days of the mail-order ship date. Please email us with the order number or name, email address, and delivery address. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
