Nice fall jacket w heritage English looks
December 20, 2025Definitely worth the price if on sale. I sized down to small (from my normal medium, I'm 5'8") and the fit was just right, not too snug or loose. High quality waxed outer fabric by Halley Stevenson, inner lining adds a bit of warmth. Muted blackwatch pattern. Pockets do bellow out a bit but aok for casual jacket. Recommended, perfect fall jacket.

Beautiful coat
December 11, 2025Love the look and feel of the coat. The design looks unique. Not very warm but it layers nicely with a sweater. I appreciate that it’s waxed so it can withstand some rain.

December 6, 2025I got this jacket for my husband first. he looks great in it so I bought XS for myself. Below is a review from him: 3 stars because one of the buttons fell off(-1) in less than two weeks. Also if this coat had the addition of a two-way zipper(-1) it would be best dog walking coat out there. The fabric is from Halley Stevensons, woven and waxed in Scotland. Effectively water and windproof, this fabric is supposed to be stiff and should never be washed. Don't be an idiot, follow the care instructions. The lower shotgun shell pockets are the perfect place to stash puppy poop bags. The cut is generous enough for me to wear a big Cowichan sweater under it. This combination gets me through Michigan days when my weather app says it "feels like" - 20°c so it yeah, it gets the job done.

Classic British fabric with American styling
November 15, 2025Owned this for a year now and I love it. Can wear it out for a jaunt with the dog in the autumn rain, or out to the office over a button down.
