I absolutely hated this sweater at first, because of the zipper - it’s really hard to figure out and it took me forever to make it work. But once I learned how to zip it up, I really liked the fit and comfort. The sweater runs oversized, so I have sized down, and it’s warm and light weight and super comfortable. I would love to give it five stars, but the zipper is not easy to get used to

The zipper will not close. I have not worn this sweater yet and it looks like it’s been through hell just from my attempts to get the zipper closed. I’ve broken 2 nails and cut my finger. One of the worst purchases ever. J.Crew really messed up on this sweater. If I couldn’t give this zero stars I would.

comfortable and great for traveling

Love the color and weight of this sweater, it feels cozy on but as other shoppers have noted the zipper is bunk. The top and bottom of the two way zipper don't fit together so you can't zip it, which renders it useless as a jacket. The sizing is also really off. I know it's supposed to be oversized but it my medium looks more like a men's large.

I didn't read the reviews before purchasing this sweater-jacket. However, I received it and realized that the zipper does not move. It seems to be stuck and would not go up or down. I previously purchased a smaller size for my daughter to use in the office and she only told me when I received mine that hers does the same thing but because she only use it in the office, she decided to keep it. I'm totally disappointed with this purchase.

My new sweater-jacket arrived today and I love it! Great weight for what it is designed to be and I know it’s going to be worn often. It fits true to size (purchased black, size M, and I’m 5’8” 125#). Due to the reviews, I have to admit that I’m afraid to completely unzip it! Easy enough to slip over my head to put on and take off at this point. I’m sure I’ll risk it eventually! No regrets.
