J.Crew now ships to over 100 countries via our international e-commerce partner, UPS i-parcel. For a list of available destinations, please refer to the shipping table below.

How do I place an order?

By Internet:

Shop at jcrew.com. To ship items internationally, simply look for the flag at the bottom right-hand corner of the site and click "Change" to switch countries.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all international orders and American Express, Paypal and UnionPay Credit for select destinations. Available options will be presented at checkout.

What are my shipping options?

We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping to our international destinations via UPS Worldwide Express. For information on delivery times, please refer to the table below. Pricing will be provided at checkout.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?

All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, UPS i-parcel, supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and taxes/VAT for your order at checkout.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

No. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, UPS i-parcel, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by UPS i-parcel. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.

How do I return an item?

J.Crew gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online to any retail store in the country to which the merchandise was shipped. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email julie@jcrew.com, or ritsuko@jcrew.com for Japan customers, within 30 days of original purchase to initiate a return. Julie and her team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, UPS i-parcel, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.

Do you honor price adjustments?

J.Crew gladly honors price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven days of the mail-order ship date when accompanied by the original retail receipt or mail-order packing slip. Please email julie@jcrew.com, or ritsuko@jcrew.com for Japan customers, including order number or name and address. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

How do I request to be added to the catalog mailing list?

Unfortunately, with the exception of Canada, we are not able to mail catalogs to our international customers at this time.

What is UPS i-parcel?

UPS i-parcel provides e-commerce companies of all sizes access to the global market by delivering a safe, efficient technology solution that tailors online shopping experiences for international customers, and then affordably and quickly handling the logistics of their purchases.

When am I billed?

Your credit card will be billed by our e-commerce partner, UPS i-parcel, at the time your parcel leaves the United States.

What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card will be billed by our e-commerce partner, UPS i-parcel, and your credit card statement will read “JCREW-iPARCEL828-687-6473”.

Am I eligible for a J.Crew Credit Card?

We're sorry, but the J.Crew Credit Card is not available at this time to international customers.
