Selvedge Japanese chambray utility shirt

I've gotten several compliments on this because it has a unique look. It's very comfortable so it feels as good as it looks. It's lightweight so I can wear it in most any weather.

This is my shirt for any occasion. I’m 5’8” 149lbs and the small in classic fits perfectly.

PROS - superb vintage finish which fades nicely - ideal weight, can be used in summer and winter - excellent material quality CONS - SIZE: Unfortunately, J CREW does NOT understand SLIM. Often, the SLIM and THE REGULAR size are almost same. Also, EVEN, in the casual shirts, different styles will have different SLIM sizes. Most often, it is much larger than what a proper SLIM should be. May be they should start EXTRA SLIM. So please try it before you BUY. Also, over the years, they have been changing the size of SLIM, which again is so confusing. So if you can get it altered, nothing like it. Overall, a great BUY and such a shirt should ALWAYS be in a men's wardrobe!

What’s not to love? This is my second one (gotta keep one in reserve). Perfect fit, and it’s extremely well made.

I got this shirt for a great price, after having looked at it in the store. I usually like the fit of the slim fit shirts but the length is always a little much, so for casual shirts I go down a size and buy the regular fit and it seems to work out perfectly. This shirt has great details like the hidden button down collar and the tab. The material is a nice weight and slightly darker than the pictures (which is a plus for me). This one was winner: easily casual with jeans and a sweater or dressed up with a blue suit jacket.

Versatile and timeless, a must have for every guy....casual on its own or wear it with your favorite sportcoat.
